Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PNG (CCEP PNG) concluded the final workshop of its Great People Managers Program at its Lae Head Office recently, with sixteen (16) managers completing the four-day leadership program.
The first workshop was held from 31st August to 01st September and the second on 06th and 07th October.
All sessions have been facilitated by Peter A. Smith of Hensley Fraser, a global learning and development provider, who has led the program since its pilot launch last year.
The program covered self-awareness, leadership styles, goal setting, coaching, feedback and wellbeing conversations, building inclusive teams, and leading change.
The participants are the second group to complete the program since it was piloted last year.
CCEP PNG Country Director, Mr. Tim Solly, presented certificates to the participants at a recognition ceremony. “Our managers are the link between our strategy and our people,” said Mr. Solly.
“This program gives them practical tools to lead, engage and develop their teams, and I commend every participant for their commitment.” “With a second group now through the program, we are building a network of leaders across the business who are committed to leading success teams.”
