KEROWAGI SECONDARY GRADUATION

Simbu’s premier institution Kerowagi Secondary School graduated 360 Grade 12 students during their 18th Graduation day.

The school has a total of 1721 students enrolled.

Most of the graduating students dressed in their traditional attires to embrace their culture.

School Principal Samuel Kono spoke during the graduation and revealed that Kerowagi Secondary went through some tough times but manages to complete the academic year on a high note.

He thanked the hard working teachers and ancillary staff for their tireless efforts.

The guest speaker Wagero Reynold Pinaga who is a senior secondary school inspector who has been serving the Simbu Education Division for 16 years, urged graduates to aim high and focus on what is right as they continue into the next chapter of their education journey.

He further added that Kerowagi Secondary is one of the premier institutions which produced prominent leaders like former Chuave MP Wera Mori, Dr Clement Waine, Paul Siwi and current Simbu Governor Noah Kool and many more.
