Puara Returns To Hunters Starting Line Up For Round 7 of 2017 Intrust Super Cup

After missing the first six rounds of the Intrust Super Cup competition, Wartovo Puara Jnr, has been named in the starting line-up of the SP PNG Hunters outfit by Coach, Michael Marum.

Puara who has just recently undergone a shoulder reconstruction operation, and will be returning to the Hunters for their home game against the Redcliffe Dolphins this Sunday.

Wartovo Puara’s return to the line is timely as Silas Gahuna will be missing out on this round due to an arm injury acquired during their match last week against the Sunshine Falcons.

Puara underwent a shoulder reconstruction surgery during the off season and has been in training.

Though the coach admits he may not exactly be fit, he knows what needs to be done.

Adex Wera and David Loko are also in the starting line-up having just recovered from injuries themselves.

Wellington Albert is also returning after his two match suspension.

Leading the team into round 7 is Captain, Ase Boas.

Their opponent, the Redcliffe Dolphins, are due to arrive in Port Moresby on Saturday afternoon.

The match kicks off at 3pm on Sunday afternoon at the National Football Stadium.
