Displaced People Sepik settlers in Bulolo Plan to Sue Provincial and National Governments

People of Sepik origin, displaced by violence seven years ago, plan to sue the provincial and National Governments over human rights abuse.

Yesterday, one of the plaintiffs served a notice of summons on the Provincial government.

The settlers, numbering over 2000, have been living in what was previously a care centre and has degraded into squalid conditions.
