About 350 individuals graduated yesterday from the Urban Youth Pre-Employment Training program.
The 20-day program targets the unemployed population in the hope of giving them a second shot at securing a job.
Their graduation comes just days after a UN report revealed a recession in PNG’s human development because people like them are excluded.
