A train-on squad of 13 men for beach volleyball, will go into vigorous training in preparation for the Commonwealth Youth Games in the Bahamas.
Training for the seniors is also going well, and selections will be made for the qualifiers in the coming months.
The players are vying for a spot to compete at the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.
