Kumul Petroleum Holdings Limited, KPHL, today signed an agreement, forging a formal arrangement with LNG Japan Corporation, for a closer relationship in regards to LNG from Papua New Guinea.
More importantly, the agreement seeks to secure markets within Japan.
The signing ceremony took place on the sidelines of the PNG Petroleum & Energy Summit.
