Tranport Minister, Malakai Tabar, says the upcoming 10th APEC Transport Ministerial Meet will find solutions to cutback the current high transport costs in the country.
Minister Tabar says rural communities across the country still struggle to connect with urban centres due to high costs and poor infrastructures.
He says, this is a challenge the Government plans to address.
