The Institute of Business Studies in Port Moresby is offering another chance for Grade 10 and 12 school leaver’s who have not secured a space in a tertiary institution.
IBS has programs that offers school leavers the chance to obtain a certificate and further pursue their studies.
Enrollment is underway and is open to school leavers with a grade of D.
