Eight years in the running, the Westpac Outstanding Women Awards for 2014 will be announced tomorrow.
An initiative in place to foster the next generation of leaders in Papua New Guinea, look upon women who have made an impact within the workforce and lead as inspirational women.
This year sees 10 finalists, falling under 5 categories of sponsors.
Price Water House Coopers, Steamships, SP Brewery, Trukai and IBBM have selected 2 eligible women for each category, who will become the cornerstone of the country, just by registering as finalists.
Managing Director for Westpac Bank PNG, Geoff Toone said, the awards recognise and reward exceptional achievements made by women in both the private and public sector, and those who have made an impact within the community.
All women have played an impartial role in strengthening the ties for women in the workforce.
