Tura Visits EMTV

The 2015 Pacific Games official mascot, Tura the Kokomo, visited EMTV today as part of delivering the games message.

Tura, was delighted to meet some of its fans who took the opportunity to take photos and score a couple of hugs.

 

Tura will continue its awareness to other centres before the games are delivered.  

 

Today, 2015 Pacific Games Mascot, Tura The Kokomo, visited the offices of Media Nuigini Limited Office known by all, as EMTV.

 

Since the official launching of Tura The Kokomo early this year, Tura has been visiting schools and attending various press conferences and media events to promote the 2015 Games.

 

Tura has also visited churches and even residential communities by delivering the message about the 2015 Pacific Games.

 

Tura was accompanied by its official Production Company EMTEK Multimedia, a subsidiary of Media Nuigini LTD, after becoming the exclusive production company to provide content of the 2015 Pacific Games.

 

Tura was welcomed by the staff of EMTV as they shook hands, hugged and some even took photos of Tura and with Tura, all smiling and excited in greeting the friendly Kokomo, who will be the face of next year’s Games.

 

This is not and won’t be Tura’s final visit as he will be spotted every now and then in various locations in and round Port Moresby, and the country, until the biggest sporting event arrives in Port Moresby.

 

Next year will be the 15th Pacific Games to be held in Port Moresby, of the 15 Pacific Games, next year will be the third time for PNG to host the game.
