SP PNG Hunters Coach, Michael Marum, has named his team for this weekend’s major Semi-final match. The Hunters are currently in camp in Kimbe, West New Britain Province, and will return to Port Moresby on Friday.
Bland Abavu has been named in the centres to replace an injured Israel Eliab.
Eliab sustained a hand injury during their last match against Tweed Heads, and will be out for 4 weeks.
Paul Wawa and Butler Morris will play on the wings, while Stargroth maintains his spot at fullback. Stanton Albert will start at prop alongside brother Wellington, with Moses Meninga retained in the lock position.
Coach Michael Marum said from their camp in Kimbe, the team has raised its intensity in training, and are focussed on the job ahead.
The Hunters will play the Redcliffe Dolphins on Saturday at the National Football Stadium.
