School Fee Rush made easier for NCSL Members NCSL Members

School fee loans and withdrawals have been made easier at NASFUND Contributors Savings & Loan Society Limited (NCSL).

The Society upgraded its SaveBal service to Mobile Banking enabling members to do transactions on mobile phones.

With the recent upgrade through the Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) service, NCSL aims to ensure all its services are widely available and accessible to its members nationwide. The NCSL Mobile Banking service doesn’t require internet connection and will come in handy for any financial need.

Besides viewing savings and loan balances, and checking eligibilities; members can also apply for instant savings withdrawals and 1:1 loans via their mobile phones with funds processed same day.

NCSL General Manager Mr Vari Lahui said the USSD/Mobile Banking service is to provide an ease of access to our members.

“Those who do not have a personal email address and cannot utilise the Member Online Portal or cannot afford an android phone now have the service at their fingertips using the USSD service” said Lahui.

He said not all members are able to go online, or leave their office to visit an NCSL branch but can be able to use a one-band keypad phone to access the services from anywhere.
