Prime Minister Marape Visits Tambul

Prime Minister James Marape is in Tambul Nebilyer Electorate in Western Highlands to launch the Five Year integrated Development Plan 2019-2022.

The Prime Ministers attendance draws large crowds.

The Prime Minister said despite different governments, the Country’s needs still remains.

He said his government will continue with the work left behind by past governments.

He outlined the Highlands Highway which need major facelift from Lae in Morobe Province to Tari in Hela Province.

Others are investing in agriculture, health, and education.

Mr Marape encouraged those in agriculture to produce more to sell more.

Marape says, in the next five years, more markets will be made available to local farmers.

Next year’s budget will focus more on Small and Medium Enterprises and Agriculture.
