PNG Tennis Coach Kwalam Apisah Passes On

Papua New Guinea Tennis Coach and former athlete Kwalam Apisah passed away early hours of today at the Port Moresby General Hospital.

Late Apisah dedicated his life to the development of tennis after resigning from public office in 1984.

His passion for tennis has to see his whole family being involved in the sport.

In 2019 Late Apisah together with his wife Vere were honored by being awarded the British Empire Medal in recognition for their services to the advancement of Tennis over the past 30 years.
