Late Winehouse may Perform as a 3D Hologram

As insane as it sounds, Tupac was the first to pave way for the idea of performing as a hologram. Amy Winehouse is likely to follow.

Late Amy Winehouse may go on a World Tour as a 3D hologram, British tabloid The Sun reports.

The Rehab singer was said to have died of alcohol poisoning on the 23rd of July 2011 at Camden, London.. This came after years of abusing drugs and alcohol.

But her release of her Back to Black album skyrocketed in fame as it was labelled UK’s bestselling album for the 21st Century.

She won Five Grammy's for that album.

In 2012, Winehouse was ranked 26th on VH1's 100 Greatest Women in Music list and even BBC went on to call her the ‘’pre-eminent vocal talent of her generation’’.

This reasons among many others, brought the idea of her performing as a 3D Hologram.

“The idea is in its early stages, but it’s hoped that Amy’s dad Mitch will maybe join her and do the introductions,” says a source in the story.

The Man Behind bringing Late Winehouse back on stage is Billionaire Alki David.

Yes, they would use the same technology that put Tupac Shakur used on the stage at the Coachella Music Festival in 2012.

That show blew away billions of people,Billionaire Alki David included. The difference was that he actually bought the rights to the technology.

In fact, his film and hologram companies sued Cirque du Soleil and MGM Resorts this week for patent infringement over a hologram of Michael Jackson used in Vegas, reports the Hollywood Reporter.

If they succeed in pulling this show off, this sure will be another mind blowing memorable show that will make people talk about it for the years to come.
