ExxonMobil PNG, operators of the PNGLNG Project, has welcomed positive news of a high quality discovery of gas reserves at Muruk 1 field.
The well, drilled by PNGLNG partner, Oil Search Limited has been described as containing quality gas reserves similar to that of the Hides Gas fields, which currently underpins the PNGLNG Project.
ExonMobil PNG Managing Director, Andrew Barry, made these remarks, when speaking with EMTV’s Business PNG Program.
