DuluxGroup Staff get improved access to Nasfund Member Online Portal

Papua New Guinea’s leading paint manufacturer and supplier have partnered with the country’s leading superannuation provider to make superannuation more accessible to its staff.

Nasfund Internet Booths – a facility that now enables its staff access to the Nasfund Member Online Portal, will be set up in all Dulux Offices.

DuluxGroup staff at its Lae and Port Moresby sites will now be able to access the Fund’s Member Online Portal within the comfort of their office.

According to DuluxGroup Human Resources Manager Andrew Topo, this development is in line with efforts to promoting a savings culture for its staff.

As a responsible employer, DuluxGroup has taken ownership to provide our staff with important financial literacy training.

He said that these internet booths will go a long way to ensure staff has access to their superannuation information without having to take time off work to visit a Nasfund branch.

The staff will also be granted access to the ncsl website and member portal – so they can view their long-term (Nasfund) and short-term (ncsl) savings.

Nasfund Chief Officer Member Services (COMS) Anne Wilson, says the approach taken by DuluxGroup is welcome, and is an example that other organizations can follow, especially given the current restrictions on movement due to COVID-19.

As part of member services, we continue to work with our contributing employers to find ways to make their superannuation experience easier.

With improving internet technology, we are looking at ways to ensure we bring our services to our members wherever they are.

She added it is a win-win for all.
