The Daulo Teachers College is a newly established church-run institution operated by the Foursquare Church of Papua New Guinea.
It is situated in Kasena Village, in the Upper Asaro District of Eastern Highlands Province.
Apart from Diploma in Primary Teaching that the college offers, it is looking at expanding to accredited academic programs.
The institution aims to become the leading biblically integrated teaching training institution to train innovative, responsible and productive teachers in PNG and the Pacific Region.
College Principal Lynn Iarumme said, “It is our aim to train and equip teachers who will be nationally and globally competent through our economic programs”.
Iarumme added that the Goroka District Foursquare church congregation gave monies totalling K175, 000 as Bel Kol Moni to the landowners.
In return, the landowners partnered with the institution to develop the local human resource in the district.
Villagers near the premises of the college has made it their business to take care of college properties, staff and students security and welfare
The college has students attending from all over the country.
