Alliance Relocates Camp

The Alliance Coalition will be relocating its Kokopo camp to Port Moresby today in preparation for the Parliament sitting tomorrow.

National Alliance Party Secretary, Joyce Grant has confirmed that the Alliance will be travelling to Port Moresby today.

A much anticipated media conference expected to be hosted by the Alliance leaders in their Kokopo camp today has been further delayed and will be held in Port Moresby sometimes within the remaining 24 hours.

The party leaders will disclose the outcomes of their meetings, total number of members and the signing of an accord.

EMTV News understands that although a confirmed headcount is yet to be released, The Alliance bloc is expected to enter the parliament tomorrow with a solid 50-member team.

Various party leaders in the Alliance coalition have since been extending their invitation to fellow members in the PNC-led Alotau camp to join the Alliance bloc.

The Alliance team is hoping to collect a few more members from upcoming declarations today and tomorrow.

The Alliance coalition is also speculating a number boost to their headcount where other members may most likely switch to their side in parliament tomorrow.

Meanwhile, the PNC-led Alotau camp has officially announced that it is intact with 59 members and is ready to form government.

PNC remains the people’s choice throughout PNG which is obviously shown through the ballot box.
