Air Niugini has continued their partnership with the SP PNG Hunters by extending their one-year silver sponsorship. The National Carrier has been partners with the SP Hunters for the past six years.
This partnership will cover all of the SP Hunters travels to and from the country during the season and will also see Air Niugini cater for teams in the Queensland Cup travelling to the country for matches.
“To sign this another year agreement again shows the relationship that we’ve built over the last two-years growing together with the Hunters, and our preferred and our choice airline partner for our team the SP PNG Hunters,” PNG Rugby Football League Chief Executive Officer, Reatau Rau, said.
Air Niugini will not only fly teams to and from PNG but will also assist players travelling to other provinces in the country. The SP Hunters and Air Niugini have been in partnership since the start of the club in 2014. This is the 6th year of their partnership.
Air Niugini ensured travelling to and from Queensland as well as within Papua New Guinea is carried out smoothly.
