An educationist says technical institutions in the country should be fully resourced to address the lack of trade skills in the country.
This call came from the Chairman of Office of Higher Education Commission Simon Kenehe during the trade skills road show at Murray Barracks in Port Moresby yesterday.
The road show is part of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training skills or TVET.
