The Provincial Education Division of Western Highlands has introduced electronic data base for efficient service delivery.
This system can now help the Provincial Education Division deal with all teacher issues like appointments, leave fares and transfers.
More than 300 Teachers from elementary, high schools, secondary schools and Technical Vocational centers gathered in Mt.Hagen to fill the necessary details.
Western Highlands is the second province to have this system in place, following Chimbu province.
The system will benefit both Western Highlands and Jiwaka Province since Jiwaka is still under Western Highlands provincial education board.
