The 7 million people of Papua New Guinea have the right of freedom of expression, as mandated in the constitution.
As expected, there was a large public following outside the court house today.

The Waigani Court house was the place to be, if you wanted to get a feeling of the intensity brewing as a result of the latest political drama.
We sourced some views from public servants to see how they felt about Kerenga Kua being stood down as attorney general. They were hesitant to speak on camera; however, like everyone, they relayed their shock at the turn of events.
We found John Inerehu sitting casually under a tree and he gave us his view on the Paraka-O’Neill saga.
Others shared the same sentiments; for Prime Minister Peter O’Neill to turn himself in for questioning.
There were others who were full-on supporters of Peter O’Neill. There was one man who shared the word of God. He was quickly dismissed by the anxious crowd.
All opinions were expressed before the court adjourned the case to next week Wednesday. For now, the Prime Minister cannot be arrested.
