Today marks Ninety-nine days to go before the 2015 Pacific Games Relay begins, leading to the main event on July 4th.

The Games Relay journey will cover from the farthest western reaches of PNG through the main land and out to the islands. Every province will have few days in which to showcase the people, the culture and the natural beauty of the land.

Twenty-two provinces are mapped out to be part of the event.

Stewart said GOC wants to ensure every element required for the Games is delivered.

The first sporting equipment arrived in the country last week.  The 7 laser sailing boats arrived while 20 more will be arriving soon.

Athletes training towards the Games including both in the country and overseas like the Numas sailing in the ISAF Sailing World Cup in Melbourne under the ‘Go for Gold’ program through the PNG Olympic Committee are setting the 2015 targets with no doubts to stamp their marks on home soil.
