NCSL SUCCESSFULLY CONCLUDES SATURDAY BRANCH OPERATIONS

NCSL Savings and Loan successfully concluded its Saturday operations at its main flagship branches at Waigani and Lae Top Town branches.
According to NCSL this initiative began on February 22, 2025, was introduced to onboard members onto the new digital services platforms of MyNCSL online and Mobile USSD Service.
The opportunity enabled NCSL to serve members who are unable to visit during regular weekday hours.
Over the past nine Saturdays, NCSL saw a positive response from its members who have taken advantage of the extended hours.
CORPS LTD employee Samuel Inggamer, expressed his appreciation for the Saturday openings.
“I found the Saturday service at the Waigani branch extremely helpful. It allowed me to address my account inquiries without the pressure of weekday work commitments. I hope this service continues for the benefit of those who cannot visit during the week,” he said.
With committed staff, NCSL provided a range of services, including loan inquiries, MyNCSL registrations,
Poro Card/PIN collection, and general account inquiries. The initiative reinforces NCSL’s commitment to delivering efficient services and ensuring service accessibility for all members.
