The Independent Consumer and Competition Commission’s Commissioner says it’s keeping a close eye on the much talked about government merger of three state-owned telecommunications companies.
ICCC Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer, Paulus Ain said Kumul Consolidated Holdings has assured them it will provide a submission on the merger within a month.
