The Member for Madang Open, Nixon Philip Duban, and his officers, had questions fired at them, by the Mawan people, at a cheque presentation gathering over the weekend.
The people, especially the women, were more vocal, asking the MP and his team to explain why large sums of money previously delivered, hasn’t progressed to any real developments.
