The Port Moresby Game Fishing Yellow fin Competition has got off to a fine start with an increased number of anglers this year.
Game fishing is fast becoming a favorite pastime for more people as a growing sport to see who comes out atthe top.
Port Moresby Game Fishing Club Tournament Director Russell Kerton was on hand to receive ten thousand kina in sponsorship from BeP’s General Manager Retail Bank Frans Koote.
Throughthe sponsorship BeP has secured Naming Rights for the Ten-Daygame fishing competition, which will now be known asthe “BeP Yellow fin competition”.
With its beginnings inthe 1970’sthe Yellow fin competition has picked up momentum throughoutthe years.
