Yakasa: 21st May events are regrettable

Chief Superintendent Fred Yakasa says the events of 21st May and thereafter are regrettable.

He revealed all the events that unfolded since then and the assaults and abuses on disciplinary personal who were in the way of the current government and their aids.

He says the past 7 months since the change of government in August 2nd 2011 was a very trying time for him professionally and personally and it was also the most painful in his lifetime.

He says it was very tough standing up to protect the Constitution and the Rule of Law, as he was criticised, slandered and made friends into enemies in both his professional and private life.
