Various sporting codes in West New Beitain Province are preparing for the forthcoming Sasindran Muthuval Cup next month.
This is to gther all sporting fraternities inthe Province and to keep athletes fit in preparation for the 2015 Pacific Games.
Over 90 teams are expected to participate inthe one week sporting event in West New Beitain Province early next month.
The event include soccer, volleyball, Basketball, Netball, Touch football, Softball and Union Nines.
Executive Committee Dominic Ki-le says an affiliation fee for each team is K200 and should be paid before next Friday.
Kile says it is a big event and called out on Businesses operating inthe Province for their support.
He says, Ake village inthe Kandrian District has confirmed to send a men’s soccer team to participate inthe event.
The aim is to involve young people as young asthe age of 15 so thatthey can work on improvingtheir skills for better later.
