The Supreme court has dismissedthe election petition against Chuave Open MP Wera Mori.

The Chuave MP has been fighting a court battle for ten months afterthe former MP for Chuave issued a court petition against him.
He said although he had been attending parliament sessionsthe case had been inhibiting him.

Onthe floor of parliament this week he revealed instances of police misconduct against him stating it was politically motivated. He says he will suethe police officers individually to ensure inthe future proper procedures are followed before making wrongful arrests.
