Water PNG Reacts To Brutal Attack

Water PNG has announced the temporary shutdown of its water service in Wewak following a recent brutal attack on its business center manager.

Water PNG’s Business Center Manager, Danny Seolo, was attacked by intruders at his residence at Brandi Water Treatment Plant in Wewak late last night.

 

Mr Seolo reportedly sustained multiple stab wounds on his head and all over his body.

 

He was found unconscious and rushed to the Boram Hospital emergency room, and Water PNG’says arrangements are being made to fly him to Paradise Hospital in Port Moresby for treatment.

 

Water PNG Chief Executive and Managing Director, Raka Taviri Jnr, while condemning the malicious attack, announced that Wewak Operations may be rationed temporarily, until internal administration issues are resolved.
