Warring Tribes Make Peace for 2013 Onwards

Commuters and vehicles travellingthe notorious Nebilyer Valley ofthe Western Highlands Province have been assured oftheir safety from 2013 onwards.

 

The peace ceremony was withnessed by police, Law and Justice Officials and representatives fromthe Provincial government.

 

A new Community Justice Centre will be establishedthere and Ulga Leader PiasMaip askedthe travelling public to forgivethem actions.

 

Mr Maip said his people watched regretfully as ther communities excelled in business whilstthe two tribes were plagued bythe fight.

 

He has built a church to leadthe peace pact and is organising for the community to get rid oftheir guns.
