The Supreme Court will decide on whether or not they should recall parliament to debate on the motion of the Vote of No Confidence next Tuesday.
The three-man Supreme Court bench to make the decision comprised of Chief Justice, Sir Salamo Injia, Deputy Chief Justice, Sir Gibbs Salika, and Justice Colin Makail.
Yesterday, Opposition Leader, Don Polye, successfully proved to the court that he has an interest in this matter as the leader of the opposition.
So far, the opposition has been denied four Votes of No Confidence.
Polye, asking for the Supreme Court to recall parliament to debate the motion of a Vote of No Confidence, filed the matter.
