UOG Beycott Continues:Petition Rejected

Students atthe University of Goroka have threatened to go on a mass withdrawal aftertheir petition was rejected bythe school&#39’s administration.

Students Spokesperson Nelson Mollo said students’will be forced to withdraw aftertheir petition presented tothe Member for Henganofi, Rober Atiyafa was rejected.

The fifty-one point petition was handed tothe member for Henganofi last Thursday.Inthe petition,the student body had demanded that Vice Chancellor Dr. Gairo Onagi to resign.  

Betthe petition was not compllied to bythe university&#39’s administration.

The student are now calling onthe National Executive council to allowthe Task Force Sweep team to conduct an independent investigation intothe tussle or a mass students’withdrawal will be conducted this week.
