The Trukai Fun Run event is set to commence this Sunday in eight centers ofthe country.
This year is significant as it addressesthe StoP TBemessage.
Dame Carol’s Pre- School in Port Moresby received shirts from Kalag Advertising.
School children from Dame Carol Kidu’s pre- school were excited to receivethe Trukai fun run shirts from Kalag Advertising Limited, FM 100 andthe 97.1 hot FM.
Sincethe school was established in 2004, only one teacher,the Head Teacher, has managed to getthe school this far.
The shirtsthey received will assistthem to raise funds for their school.
Mrs Sylvester andthe children were privileged to visitthe station’s studios and to meetthe announcers. Atthe same timethey’re prepared to participate inthe Fun Run this Sunday.
Meantime, participating centers including Port Moresby, Goroka, Lae, Mt. Hagen, Kavieng, Tabubil, Ramu and new comers Vanimo are all set to kick offthe event.
This will be a major fundraising boost forPNG Sport Federation and Olympic Committee to send TeaPNG for the mini Pacific Games in Wallis and Futuna come September.
