After years of neglect,there are now positive signs of improverment inthe remote Morobe district of Menyama. The district shares a commn border withthe Eastern Highlands and Gulf provinces. It&#39’s roads and basics services are in a poor state. Whilethere are improverment in infrastucture, health remains a chronic concern.
