Preparations towards the 2015 Pacific Games Papua New Guinea will host are well underway, with high commission offices based in Port Moresby to play a vital role assisting to facilitate this international event.
We spoke with the Fiji High Commissioner to Papua New Guinea, Romanu Tikotikoca on his view.
He said The Fiji Pacific Games Committee in Suva is satisfied with preparations undertaken in Papua New Guinea.
Constant interaction of the Fiji High Commission Office, with the Pacific Games committee in Suva will ensure the country is represented in the 2015 event Papua New Guinea will host.
Mr Tikotikoca told EMTV in an interview.
Fiji a, is looking forward to compete in the 2015 Pacific Games, not only to showcase their sporting talents but an avenue to strengthen its international ties.
Fiji Youth and Sports Minister, Viliame Naupoto in an interview told EMTV News: “Fiji is ready for the 2015 Pacific Games.”
The Government will not fail Team Fiji but maintain solidarity.
