The province’s Governor Sasindran Muthuvel confirmed this saying it will trigger locals from Talasea and opportunists to cause problem in town.
He has called onthe Correctional Service Commissioner Martin Belthasar to take charge of his men.
Commissioner Belthasar saysthe situation onthe ground has been stabilized.
The whole incident began on Friday following a brawl between CS and Police.
This resulted inthe shooting of a bystander (pictured) who was medevac to Port Moresby and is in a critical condition atthe Port General Hospital Emergency Ward.
