Finschhafen MP and speaker of Parliament have gone tough on his district’s officers.
He says Finschhafen has not seen development because of poor mobilization, management and implementation of district budgets.
On Saturday, he called on allthe Finschhafen district officers to identifytheir deficiencies, correctthem and transform Finschhafen.
