u00a0Following the decision of the Supreme Court, Grand Chief Sir Michael Somare says the judiciary has upheld the sovereignty of and integrity of the Constitution.
u00a0He said the Supreme Court has once and for all determined the question of Government legitimacy, restoring the constitutionally-formed government, which is the Somare Government.
In a statement, Sir Michael says upholding the rule of law and protecting the Constitution is one of his last and most important challenges as a member of parliament.
