The Mendi Muruks Club Management has called on six players to explainthe real reason for walking away fromthe club.
The club Management claims that players have been issued with game gear and a large amount of money for the first game in Kokopo againstthe Agmark Gurias inthe Digicel Cup.
Despite this massive setback beforethe game, a young and last minute team of Mendi Muruks took onthe might ofthe Agmark Gurias.
Muruks club Management say;the six players leftthe club claiming thatthere was no issuance of contracts, somethingthe management says in utterly untrue.
Amongthe six players were high profilPNG Resident players. Their commitment tothe coaching stuff and management ofthe Mendi Muruks has been questioned.
Futhermorethe Mendi Muruks Management says no one has been given contracts at this stage; which has beenthe case overthe past years wherethe club has made ittheir business to feed, paythe players on a game to game basis.
The Muruks will need to clearthe air beforethe 2013 Digicel Cup season unfolds futher.
