The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees is slowly out phasing its presence.
This comes as the West Papuan refugees are integrated into various communities along the border provinces. Particularly Sandaun and Western provinces.
The integrations has been forced on by lower funding from donor countires hit hard by the global economic crisis.
