Raukele Dolphins have been crowned back-to-back champions of the Fairfax Volleyball Association, after they defeated Telikom 3-0 at the Pilipino Club House in Gordons.
Raukele were the stars of the Fairfax Volleyball Association grand final series, taking out the top prize in all divisions.
The Fairfax Volleyball Association is known for producing top female volleyballers. With PNG Amoa, the national women’s volleyball team, continually being dominated by Fairfax players.
Right from the start of the match, Raukele had the upper hand taking the first set comfortably.
This set the tone for the rest of the match where the Telikom women were outclassed, having no answer for Raukele’s onslaught.
