Parents and relatives of victims ofthe Rabaul Queen Disaster are still waiting for justice.
Spokesman Reverend Oala Beru Arua called onthe police to stop procrastinating and arrest owner Peter Sharp.
They want it done beforethe first anniversary February 2nd.
