Queensland’s Police Minister and Commissioner are inthe nation’s capital for a 2 day visit.
This is a follow up onthe MoU signed in May bythe Prime Minister Peter O’Neill and Queensland’s Premier Campbell Newman.
The visit bythe Queensland police heads isthe first of many visits to come.
The delegation first visitedthe Beroko Police Station and held a briefing in whichthe Media was excluded. Theythen inspectedthe cell blocks and its offices.
The next stop was at Gordons Police Station. The once eye sore area in Port Moresby was spick and span that day for the visit ofthe Queensland Police Heads.
This visit isthe second visit fromthe Queensland Government in Australia.
