POM FC forced draw against Hekari United

Port Moresby Football Club forced a one all draw against Hekari United in round 8 ofthe Telikom National Soccer League.

The boys from POM fought tooth and nail to denythe reigning champions from walking away with a win.

PNG’s O-League representatives Hekari United got off totheir usual fiery start against FC POM in front of a vocal crowd atthe Sir John Guise stadium.

Bet Hekari withtheir never say die attitude came back to bagthemselves a penalty kick fromtheir ever loyal Kema Jack takingthe lead one-nil.

Former Hekrai strong man Neil Hans stepped up tothe challenge putting   his football knowledge tothe test as he took on Hekrai defender Daniel Joe.

POM FC with a whole lot of familiar faces inthe likes of David Taro, Felix Bandaluk topped off withthe expertise of Reginald Davani was on a roll and wouldn’t stop at nothing coming back stronger inthe second half to levelthe match one all whenthe full-time whistle sounded.
