Penalties will be imposed on registered political parties and successful candidates that fail to lodge their returns.
This warning is from the Registrar of Political Parties and candidates Dr. Alphonse Gelu.
Dr Gelu said most political parties and declared MP have not lodged their returns.
This will be first time such action will be taken against them.
