Some disturbing pictures of Police brutality, not in a violent way but allthe same “Unethical”.
It happened at Gerehu,the National Capital last weekend where two men who had some drinks were held at gun point and forced to perform indecent act on each ther.
This amateur footage was captured on a mobile phone by anther policeman.
Upon viewingthe footage NCD Police Superintendent Andy Bewa condemnedthe actions of his men, he promised to investigatethe matter.
He has appealed tothe victims to come forward with information.
